Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. Provide specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in their homes and within the community. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Provide physiotherapy services in home and community settings, with a holistic view of client needs.

Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing

Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
