Coachand mentorteam members to enhancetheir skills,performance, and knowledge

Collaborate with Regional Manager tostrengthenleadershipcapabilities andachieve store objectives

Foster apositive, collaborative workenvironmentbyprovidingclear direction and cultivatinga shared vision

Drive store development by improving procedures,implementinginitiativesandoptimizecustomer care and store performance

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and creating value for every custome

Availability to work evenings and weekends

- 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience




- Previousexperience in customer service and retail preferred
- Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
- Proficiencywith technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to inspire, coach,and mentor a team while driving organizational goalsand delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team playerwith a growth mindset,able to manage changing priorities effectively
- Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
