Diagnose generators and air compressors across the Greater Toronto Area as a remote Field Service Technician supporting customers throughout North America.

Alliance North America seeks a Field Service Technician for its Support Team. The work includes installation, training, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service for AIRMAN equipment and ANA systems. You will communicate through computers and phones while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and train customers on generators, compressors, and equipment

Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues promptly in the field

Provide technical support, repairs, and superior customer service

Document information using work computers and phones





Travel up to 80% throughout North America and Canada

Requirements:

Two or more years of field service or equipment maintenance experience

Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic knowledge

Ability to read manuals, schematics, and service documentation

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Valid driver’s license, passport, and English proficiency required

Apply technical diagnostics, equipment repair, and customer training skills while supporting Alliance North America’s AIRMAN product line.
