You will be provided with leads, training, technology, and ongoing support. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them select benefit programs designed to protect the people they care about.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance.

Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.

Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.

Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.

You do not need previous insurance experience. Comprehensive training is provided. Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings

Enjoy helping people understand key financial and benefit decisions

Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom

Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience

You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution. Our advisors represent an established global brand and serve members of unions, veterans’ organizations, and other partner groups.
