Drive territory growth as a Business Development Representative with Black & McDonald, using prospecting and consultative sales across Eastern Ontario. Support the Service Team across Kingston, Belleville, North Bay, Sudbury, and potentially Ottawa. Generate new Service Agreements for commercial, industrial, and institutional markets while evaluating facility asset costs. Key Responsibilities:

Research prospects whose facility needs match service offerings

Generate recent Service Agreements within an assigned territory

Evaluate facility asset ownership and operating costs

Qualify opportunities through the established sales process





Close operational and process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

One to three years’ successful Business Development experience

Experience with financial sales negotiations and client motivations

Post-secondary business or marketing degree or diploma preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and travel willingness
