As Finance Manager, you'll own the financial performance of the Marketplace and act as a key business partner to senior leadership. The team offers a highly flexible hybrid mode, unlimited vacation and paid CPA dues.
Own the Marketplace P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting and margin performance
Deliver executive and Board-level reporting, KPIs and insights
Develop customer and revenue analytics to identify growth opportunities
Partner with Accounting, Product, Merchandising and Customer Success
Strengthen data integrity, reporting processes and the use of AI in finance
Advanced Excel and BI tool skills (Power BI preferred)
Confident communicator who can present to senior leaders
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
