PostGrid’s customer engineering team is the bridge between our customers and our product. As we are an API-first company, this team’s focus is to enable our customers to leverage our technology effectively. This involves everything from extending the capabilities of our platform to writing effective documentation that lets customers go from idea to implementation with the least amount of friction.

As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development. You'll be building and enhancing our core services, which handle over a billion API calls a month. This role requires you to be a versatile full-stack developer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Build and enhance services using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and React.

Contribute to product design, optimizing user experiences and workflows. Customer Advocacy: Manage a portfolio of key clients, identify risks, and create retention plans.



You'll advocate for customer needs internally to address product concerns and improve retention.

You are a versatile and experienced full-stack engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of building and shipping high-quality software. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are dedicated to helping both your team and your customers succeed.

3+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack software engineer, building both backend and front-end solutions preferably for SaaS company or growing start-up;

- Robust expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and React.
- Proven experience with system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and Vitest.
