As a Parts Advisor , you’ll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You’ll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Greets and assists all customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.

Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.





Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.

Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.

Experience with CDK software is an asset.

Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset.
