Our client is launching a new FSRA-regulated insurance operation in Ontario and is seeking experienced Insurance Advisors / Insurance Agents to help build and grow the Ontario book of business.
This is a commission-only, uncapped opportunity for an experienced Ontario insurance professional looking to build their own book with the infrastructure, marketing, compliance support and client opportunities of a global financial services group.
You will be responsible for writing, retaining and growing your own book of insurance business , with earnings directly linked to the business you generate.
30% of annual insurance premiums

Access to expatriate client networks and referral channels
Dedicated compliance support for FSRA obligations
Ongoing training and professional development
Established Ontario carrier relationships and appointment support
Minimum 2 years' active experience in the Ontario insurance market
Proven track record of writing, retaining and growing a book of insurance business
Strong knowledge of Ontario insurance carriers and underwriting appetites
Confident client-facing communication skills across phone, video and in-person meetings
