Responsible for communicating visual presentation direction and standards in Dior retail locations. Works in close relationship with Corporate and in-store teams to upkeep visuals standards and report back to senior management.
Execute window changes (overnight) and floor changes
Partner with Boutique teams to maintain the visual standards
Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval
Be an integral team member for store openings, special events
2-3 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury of specialty retail environment

- Strong planning, organization, creativity and originality skills
- Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments
- Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately
- Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel as needed

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $65,000-$70,000 annually plus bonus eligibility
