Process complex financial fees at CI Financial in Toronto, using Excel, reconciliation, and careful transaction management. This in-office role requires onsite work four days weekly. As a Financial Operations Fee Processing Associate, you will support daily processing for client fees, service charges, adjustments, and accrued fees. The work combines financial systems, accounting principles, payment reconciliations, and communication with internal teams, vendors, and Client Experience groups. You will help maintain accurate fee structures while resolving discrepancies and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record client fees, charges, adjustments, and accrued fees

Assist monthly fee runs and verify postings with Information Technology

Reconcile fee transactions and investigate debit balance discrepancies





Maintain fee schedules and apply rules consistently in financial systems

Support inquiries, audits, system issues, and workflow improvements

Requirements:

One to three years in financial operations, billing, or fee processing

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems

Robust analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage complex data and meet deadlines

Bring accurate reconciliation, transaction processing, and stakeholder communication skills to CI Financial’s Toronto fee operations team.
