Our client, a reputable family law firm located in Midtown Toronto, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Clerk to join their team. This is a great prospect for a detail‑oriented professional with hands‑on family law experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Prepare and draft family law documents including applications, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and briefs

Family Submissions Online) and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines

Conduct basic legal research and assist with document production

Diploma or certificate from a recognized Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Family Law Clerk in a law firm setting

Strong understanding of Ontario family law procedures and court rules

Experience with document drafting, financial disclosure, and court filings

Familiarity with software such as DivorceMate, CaseLines, and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset

Fully on‑site role in Midtown Toronto

Exposure to a broad range of family law matters

Paid vacation (3+ weeks, based on experience)
