We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Observability to join our technology team.

In this role, you will design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale platform infrastructure while ensuring the availability, reliability, scalability, security, and performance of mission-critical applications.



You will play a key role in driving operational excellence through automation, monitoring, resilience engineering, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess deep hands‑on experience with Dynatrace , cloud platforms, platform engineering, monitoring, incident management, and SRE best practices.

Platform Engineering & Reliability

Implement Platform Engineering and SRE practices across enterprise applications and services.

Drive reliability engineering initiatives focused on availability, scalability, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Lead proactive identification and resolution of system reliability and operational risks.

Observability & Monitoring

Design and implement enterprise‑wide monitoring and observability strategies.

Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for distributed applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, middleware, databases, and APIs.

Enable effective root cause analysis through comprehensive logging, tracing, and metrics collection.

Develop operational reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into system health and performance.

Create and manage dashboards, management zones, alerting policies, and reporting solutions.

Implement synthetic monitoring for critical business applications and APIs.

Configure and optimize Real User Monitoring (RUM), Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Distributed Tracing capabilities.





Leverage Davis AI for intelligent anomaly detection and problem analysis.

Perform service flow analysis, log monitoring, and performance diagnostics.

Build executive, operational, and application performance dashboards to support stakeholders across the organization.

Automate operational processes, platform management tasks, and monitoring workflows.

Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Robust experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.

Hands‑on expertise with Dynatrace administration and observability implementation.

Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, incident management, and reliability engineering principles.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
