Full Time Intermediate Systems Administrator(Information Technology)
Paladin Security is seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. This role is ideal for a systems professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving infrastructure, and working with up-to-date Microsoft, cloud, and virtualization technologies. As a key member of the Infrastructure team, you'll work closely with IT leadership to support and enhance enterprise systems serving users across Canada and the United States. You'll be involved in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, with opportunities to expand your expertise in cloud computing, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure. Location: Ontario (Hybrid/Remote Based On Location)
Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services
Support virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backup solutions
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability
Plan and implement office build or relocation
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Partner with the Service Desk to resolve infrastructure-related incidents
Troubleshoot server, cloud, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues
Apply security best practices across all systems and deployments
Investigate cybersecurity alerts and respond to incidents
Support Zero Trust architecture principles and implementation
Support and maintain Azure and hybrid cloud services




Contribute to infrastructure modernization and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and improvement
3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:

Microsoft Teams Phone
Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
SQL Server administration
Five9 or similar contact center technologies
Degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology or Computer Science

This job reports to the Director of IT Security and Infrastructure
This is a Full-Time position Monday to Friday 9AM - 530PM, based on operational support .
Relocation is provided and travel is not required
