Drive insurance business development across Eastern Ontario and Gatineau with advisor relationship management and sales growth responsibilities at PPI Management Inc. This role supports independent advisors.

As Director, Business Development, you will increase production and promote sales for the Mass Market regional business development plan. You will manage key advisor relationships, support sales cases and practices, and collaborate with High Net Worth, Wealth, and Strategic Relationships teams. Your work includes advisor education, business planning, compliance, and PPI resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase sales among primary aligned advisors

Complete Business Plans and KYA assessments

Maintain Recruitment and Activity Trackers





Provide education and training for key advisors

Participate in industry events promoting PPI

Requirements:

Eight or more years of industry experience

Deep family and business insurance knowledge

Life licence and CFP or CLU designation

Transparent verbal, written, and presentation communication

Bilingual English and French skills are an asset

Use insurance expertise, advisor relationships, and sales development capabilities to grow PPI’s Eastern Ontario and Gatineau business.
