As a Brand Experience Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they're retail and consumer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our consumers.
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
Lead exceptional in-store consumer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for consumers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.




Leaders are responsible for working highest priority days and highest traffic days and times, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Leaders are also responsible for opening and closing shifts.
Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.
