Apply transfer pricing concepts through economic analysis and client communication as an Associate with RSM Canada’s hybrid practice. Support multinational and domestic corporations. RSM Canada is seeking an Associate for its transfer pricing practice. You will contribute to client engagements from planning through completion while analyzing financial, economic, and accounting information. The work includes researching industries and markets, applying transfer pricing methods, preparing documentation, and communicating recommendations. You will also collaborate across RSM service lines and firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, complete, and budget client transfer pricing engagements

Conduct economic, financial, and accounting analyses for client projects

Evaluate intercompany transfers, valuations, and comparative financial benchmarks





Write reports and memoranda analyzing market and economic factors

Communicate recommendations and gather information from client personnel

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, business, management, or finance

Previous client service experience

Robust analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments independently and collaboratively
