Product Designer (4+ years)

We are building the future of financial services for the 12+ million individual landlords and real estate investors who own over 25 million homes in the United States. Our mission is to empower landlords with financial services, automated tools, and actionable insights to help them save time, increase their returns, and grow their investment portfolios.

We are seeking a Product Designer motivated by the opportunity to work at a design‑driven company. You will tackle complex design challenges to deliver exceptional product experiences for our customers, with support and collaboration from all areas of the business.

You will help execute our product design and take ownership of the end‑to‑end design process in close collaboration with our design leader, Product, and Engineering teams; you will help ship the simplest, most intuitive product solutions.

we expect you to come to the office (downtown Toronto) at least once or twice a week for meetings and working sessions, but you can work remotely on other days.

Working with PMs to understand/define problem statements using user research, data insights and other tools





Thinking through the user journey/scenarios and identifying the best design solution while taking into account any business/tech factors

Getting designs ready for dev, supporting the dev team through implementation, and ensuring accurate translation of the design to code

Collaborating with other designers to maintain and update the Design System as needed

Helping evolve the long‑term vision for the product/design by collaborating with the rest of the team

4+ years of product design experience, of which at least 2+ years at a technology startup

Demonstrated experience with end‑to‑end product design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

Experience owning product design from start to finish, working with developers and PMs

Extraordinary visual design skills, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles

Training and development budget to ensure professional growth

Regular team events, game nights, and other social activities

Location: Toronto‑based only, 2‑day a week in office. Office: We have an office in downtown Toronto and expect you to be in the office at least once or twice a week
