Adecco is currently hiring a Tool & Die Maker to support the construction, repair, maintenance, and modification of stamping dies, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and precision machined components in Scarborough, ON . As a Tool & Die Maker, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by building, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production tooling while ensuring all components meet quality and dimensional specifications.

Permanent|Full time

Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production requirements.

Fabricate replacement parts and repair machine components as required.

Improve existing tooling to enhance quality and productivity.

Plan machining operations and determine appropriate tooling and materials.

Perform precision measurements and inspections to verify dimensional accuracy.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Assemble, fit, and test dies, fixtures,



and tooling components.

Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve tooling challenges.

Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

Tool & Die Maker Certificate (433A) or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience building, repairing, and maintaining stamping dies and tooling.

Proficiency with measuring instruments and inspection tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
