Optimize North American inbound logistics at HelloFresh using network analysis and KPI management. Collaborate with procurement teams, carriers, and third-party storage partners. As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will manage inbound strategy across procurement, distribution centers, cross-docks, vendors, and third-party storage. The Toronto-based role focuses on logistics performance, reporting, transportation strategy, and workflow improvement. You will guide coordinators and support consistent processes across North American logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement inbound strategy across logistics network partners

Manage inbound KPIs, reporting, and performance variances

Guide coordinators and develop process SOPs

Audit freight, carrier, and vendor invoices





Optimize load planning, backhaul, and trailer utilization

Requirements:

Four to five years logistics, transportation, and supply chain experience

Understanding of manufacturing and distribution center operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, TMS, WMS, and ERP systems

Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to resolve bottlenecks under pressure
