Be a vital part of American Iron & Metal (AIM) as a full time Internal Communication Specialist. Focus on enhancing employee engagement and recognition across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications & Culture, you will play a significant role in shaping AIM’s communication strategies. This position requires developing initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement. A strong emphasis will be placed on innovating communication practices and showcasing AIM's culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies
• Improve internal communications tools for timely updates
• Inform employees about key engagement programs




• Promote AIM’s brand on LinkedIn showcasing culture
• Track performance of communication initiatives for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related area
• Two years' experience in communications, marketing or HR
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• Excellent writing skills with attention to clarity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively Elevate AIM’s internal communications and culture through strategic engagement and effective messaging.
