Cozen O'Connor is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Associate with a minimum of three years of real estate law experience to join our growing Toronto office. The Successful Candidate Will Work On a Wide Variety Of Commercial Real Estate Transactions And Matters, Including, But Not Limited To Commercial real estate purchase/sale transactions Real estate financing transactions Drafting and negotiating agreements and transaction documents Asset backed lending Mortgage enforcement Minimum 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law at a law firm Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent academic credentials Licensed and in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario
