As a Lead, Strategic Communications within the Strategy Execution & Enablement team, you act as a strategic partner in the successful delivery of Commercial Banking’s five-year strategic plan. You define and oversee communication and engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities and the strategic pillars.
Working closely with the leader responsible for the execution and governance of the strategic plan, strategic pillar leaders, regional business leaders, and key partners, you help employees understand the organization’s direction, engage with its transformation agenda, and adopt recent ways of working. Through your expertise, you contribute to employee engagement, organizational transformation, and a consistent and impactful employee experience.
