As a result of accelerated growth, Newmark is looking for a recent Quantity Surveyor with pre-construction and construction stage expertise. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the end-to-end contract administration process for high-profile, complex construction projects from mixed-use, commercial, offices, institutions such as schools and hospitals, government buildings and residential developments. You will review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased and negotiate contract terms and conditions. You will work with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of quantity surveying services, with emphasis on contracts and procurement, to new and existing clients
