We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, skilled, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year

What You Will Be Doing:

- Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
