Bruce Auto Group is looking for an Accounting Administrator to join the team In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our accounting team, helping ensure the smooth and accurate processing of daily financial transactions across our Yarmouth dealerships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
- Complete and verify daily cash reports for all stores
- Manage and reconcile petty cash
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounting schedules and investigate discrepancies
- Stock incoming vehicles and maintain accurate inventory records
- Pay out liens and post
