You will design programs that connect recent Rohitians with colleagues and foster belonging, retention, and meaningful engagement through buddy systems, mentoring, and community initiatives. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will own the culture calendar, oversee recognition programs, and translate people data into business terms for leaders.
