We are looking for an experienced IVR Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing of Interactive Voice Response (IVR), contact center, and Conversational AI solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in IVR/Contact Center testing.
- Strong experience in IVR functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Google GECX, or similar platforms.
- Experience with IVR test automation tools such as Cyara Velocity, Botium, or equivalent tools.
- Experience leading test activities, managing defects, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Positive to Have:
- Knowledge of SIP, ANI, DNIS, CTI, call routing, and call transfers.
- API testing, data stubbing, test data management, and backend validation.
- Experience testing Conversational AI, voice bots, and chatbots.
