Our agency client is looking for a Content Designer / UX Writer to join their team, to help them with their client's mobile application.

This will be 9+ months, 40 hours per week, 9-5 est. Rate range is $55-60 per hour, t4.

What you'll be doing:

Writing UX copy specifically mobile apps, e-commerce sales flows, troubleshooting flows, and account management flows.

Planning, creating, and managing content to ensure it is explicit, engaging, and valuable for its target audience.

Creating content strategies that focus on the digital product by using design thinking.

Designing and delivering product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more.

Skills required:

5+ years of UX writing or content design experience for a consumer audience, including some independent project management.

Deep UX writing and content design expertise for native apps and responsive web, mobile-first

Experience shaping and scaling content within complex design systems (voice, tone, terminology, content patterns), not just working within them

Portfolio of samples to showcase, ie case studies
