Position Description





We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.

What You Will Do

- Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
- Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround time
- Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
- Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product information
- Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required

What You Will Bring

- Proficiency in written and oral French and English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an asset
