Marmot Basin is seeking a Lead Snowmaker as part of the Mountain Operations team. The role reports to the Grooming/Snowmaking Supervisor and involves managing staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with Marmot Basin procedures.
Expect outdoor work in wide-ranging winter conditions and a 7-on/7-off style seasonal rotation during the operating season. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring records and training files are up to date.
