As the Maintenance Manager/ Handyman, you'll be a crucial part of the team, responsible for overseeing the seamless operations of our buildings and grounds.

Reporting to the Site Leader, as the Maintenance Manager/ Handyman you'll be the go-to expert, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to keep this seniors living care home in top condition for our residents, guests, and staff.

Maintenance Manager/ Handyman Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and grounds, ensuring safety and functionality
- Manage work orders, preventative maintenance,



and asset history using our Maintenance Care software
- Prioritize and execute repairs, obtaining quotes from local trades, suppliers, and contractors
- Collaborate effectively with all vendors and contractors to deliver high‑quality service
- Provide winter maintenance, keeping sidewalks, patios, and exits explicit of ice and snow
- Support our fire safety program and quality assurance initiatives
