We are seeking a Law Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defence or personal injury, to join our team. You will be working on both tort and accident benefit matters. Duties and Responsibilities
• Brief and summarize documents and files
• Prepare and review affidavits of documents
• Follow-up correspondence and updating of undertakings charts
• Preparation of pleadings
• Attend and assist with preparation for trial or hearings Education and Qualifications
• Completion of a Law Clerk or Paralegal program is an asset Perks

• Salary $55,000
