10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) to lead our Program Management and Transformation Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on resource management, to ensure successful project delivery and transformation initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation and management to optimize project performance and team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor project progress and performance,



providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework. Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience in resource management and allocation.
• Solid project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
• Experience in Program Management and Transformation practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant project management experience.
