Title: Product Engineering Technologist Reports to: President Job

Responsibilities:
• Lead the recent product development and approval processes.
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate product performance
• Monitor and analyze data to recommend improvements
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Technical support on daily issues.
• Support the procurement of materials and equipment
• Liaison between suppliers, customers and GSI team members.
• Support Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Attend trade shows, meetings and conferences as required.
• Assign and maintain all GSI part numbers, nomenclatures and part descriptions.
• Assure all products and processes meet quality, cost and safety guideline requirements.




• Escalate issues to management and recommend solutions.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the President. Qualifications /

Skills:
 Maintain high level of expertise in HVACR  Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills.  Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations Education, Experience, and Licensing

Requirements:
 Technologist Diploma or higher  5 years of experience in AC/ Refrigeration Engineering
•  Proficient with office software
