Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver analytical insights for training program enhancements
- Handle payroll and perform core competencies verification
- Serve as a point of contact for training management information
- Collaborate with Dispatch to understand industry dynamics
- Offer actionable recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of operations experience in a union setting
- Related undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Robust data fluency and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant software
