We are seeking a

Senior Software Developer

with extensive experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, solution design, development, and integration. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Siebel IP18, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EIM/EAI, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration, J2EE, and report development using OBIEE and Power BI. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical specifications into working applications, developing and maintaining software solutions, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting application implementation, conversion, and migration activities.

Candidates with experience in Grants Management, Oracle E-Business Suite, database development, data warehousing, and public-sector environments will be well suited to this opportunity.

Business Days: 38.00

Extension: Probable after the initial mandate

Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks

Security Level: No Clearance Required

Must Have

10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.

5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.





5+ years of experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

Experience developing reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Power BI.

Nice to Have

Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

Prior Ontario Public Service (OPS) or public-sector experience.

Responsibilities The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into working, tested applications.

Key Responsibilities Include

Developing detailed programming specifications.

Writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests.

Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance during implementation, conversion, and migration activities.

General Skills

Experience in programming and analysis, including specialized software package support at the specified experience level.

Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience with structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.

Experience designing, coding, testing,



debugging, and documenting applications.

Experience using object-oriented and/or third-generation language development tools.

Experience with one or more programming languages.

Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.

Experience using information retrieval packages and query languages.

Experience with one or more communications protocols.

Experience with structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications.

Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business-area stakeholders and subject matter experts.
