Our client is a Multi-National Financial Institution, looking to add to the team a Senior Operational Auditor (HR/Payroll/Compensation) for an initial term of 3 months. There is a strong potential for this role to extend longer.
This is a 3 day per week in office role.
As the Senior Operational Auditor (HR/Payroll/Compensation), you will lead the review and execution of various audit plans and programs. Approximately 80% of your time will be doing the work, with 20% reviewing.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
- Deep hands on operational audit experience specifically with HR
- Proven ability to be in office 3-4 days per week
- Strong communication skills [written and in person]
