What You’ll Do

As our Hotel Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction by:

- Supervising and coordinating all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
- Overseeing guest services to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members through effective supervision, training, and development
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Maintaining budgetary controls, monitoring expenses, and optimizing revenue opportunities
- Implementing and upholding hotel policies, procedures, and service standards in compliance with industry regulations
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and health regulations to provide a secure environment for guests and staff
- Handling guest inquiries (in person and by phone)

- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel industry

- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
- Human resources knowledge related to hiring, training, and team development
- Budgeting and financial oversight experience
- Exceptional communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
