About Our Family: My daughter is an amazing little 3-year-old (almost 4) who is kind, empathetic, playful, and a true joy to be around. She is with me every Monday and Tuesday, as well as every other weekend. Due to a chronic health condition, I am not currently working outside the home. I am an ordained Zen priest, so our home is quiet, peaceful, and grounded. What I'm Looking For: I am looking for a supportive partner / father's helper rather than sole-charge care. I will always be here and actively parenting, but my energy levels fluctuate. I'm looking for an extra pair of capable hands to team up with me
- jumping in at the playground when my energy flags but she's eager to play, and helping keep our home running smoothly so I can spend my best energy engaging with her.

Location:
The Junction (just north of High Park), with easy access to transit. Schedule & Hours (~20 hours/week):
- Saturdays & Sundays: 12:00 PM
- 6:00 PM
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 4:30 PM
- 8:30 PM (Times have some flexibility to fit your schedule). Note on weekends: On the alternate weekends when my daughter is with her other parent, our focus shifts to household prep
- preparing craft projects, meal prep,



and general organizing/tidying to get ready for the week ahead.

Key Responsibilities
- Active Engagement: Teaming up on play, outings (parks, walks), and daily routines (meals, bedtime transitions).
- Household Support: Helping keep things running smoothly (light housekeeping, dishes, laundry, and simple meal prep). Collaborative Mindset: Working side-by-side with me in a positive, coordinated way. Pay: $25
- $30/hour (based on experience), paid legally through payroll. Start Date: November 1 or as soon as possible.

Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable, and thoughtful.
- Phone put away during shifts (focused engagement).
- Up-to-date First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it).
