We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and warm individual to support with childcare and maintaining a clean, organized home. This role includes both childcare and household tasks, but cleaning is never expected while actively babysitting. We have a 4-year-old in a Montessori program Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm. Schedule alternates weekly. Weeks 1 and 3: Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm for cleaning, plus Saturday 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am for childcare. Weeks 2 and 4: Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm for cleaning, plus Thursday 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am for childcare. Spanish-speaking candidates preferred. Home is monitored for child safety and security. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and experienced with both childcare and home organization.
