- Comfortable working independently or in a team and following an agreed cleaning scope
- Excellent communicators who take genuine pride in their work Experience cleaning premium homes and maintaining long-term client relationships is an asset. REQUIREMENTS
- Previous paid residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Professional references
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Appropriate liability and crime/employee dishonesty insurance coverage ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position. Compensation is based on completed cleaning assignments, with a target earning equivalent of $30 per hour. Actual earnings vary depending on the assignment and time required. Assignments are offered based on client demand, service area and availability. You're free to accept or decline opportunities, and there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work.
