Our chef of 6 months is moving away. We are trying to reimagine the help we need moving forward. Not sure if we will separate the jobs or not (hire a chef and nanny/housekeeping separate). Daily cleaning tasks, dishes, laundry, vacuuming. Our dishwasher doesn't work. Can't be afraid of mountains of dishes. I also hang dry all clothes. Household management. Then watching 1 or both boys so I can go to appointment, perhaps helping with getting out the door in the morning. Not totally sure what we are looking more. I can go to appointments and get 1 on 1 with each child. Waldorf training/ mindset is a bonus. Our chef loved kids and would watch the older one so I could nap the younger so that helped a lot and as well the older one would cook with her for fun (though none of that was in the
