This Junior Business Analyst supports Governance and Communications Management and the OCM team. The assignment delivers documentation, process flows, reporting analysis, communication strategies, dashboards, and scorecards. Work is provisionally hybrid, Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours daily between 8:00 and 5:00, excluding lunch, subject to change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver documentation, process flows, and reporting analysis
- Develop communication strategies, plans, templates, and deliverables
- Track project information, communication activities, and progress updates
- Create dashboards, reports,



and scorecards for cross-stream reporting
- Document roles, responsibilities, procedures, and system inputs

Requirements:

- Past experience in business analysis
- Proven data analysis and recommendation skills
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Teams, and Outlook
- Five years of public sector experience
