Lead digital transformation initiatives as a Senior IT Consultant using project management and business analysis skills in a provisional hybrid mode. Coordinate weekday project work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

This senior consultant plans and assists with projects, leads teams, and advises clients on technology modernization. The work includes process design, requirements analysis, solution implementation, and change management. You will support public-facing content, Open Data, and LEAN transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and assist with leading digital transformation projects
- Lead project teams, vendors, contractors, and external providers
- Coordinate ITS, JTS, divisional, Ontario.ca, and vendor resources
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and approved changes
- Prepare reports,



presentations, business cases, and implementation plans

Requirements:

- At least six years designing processes, analyzing business, and managing applications
- Leadership skills for project staff, teams, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Agile, or product management
- Knowledge of BABOK concepts, LEAN principles, and testing practices
