Shape mobile-first, responsive experiences as a Senior User Experience Designer using research, prototyping, and usability testing throughout delivery.

This senior UX Designer supports Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases under the Ontario Digital Service Design playbook. You will facilitate user research, create clickable prototypes, validate user stories, and conduct accessibility compliance testing. The work follows user-centred design and Agile Scrum methodologies across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate kickoff meetings and user research activities
- Create interview maps, scripts, synthesis, and findings reports
- Produce and iterate clickable prototypes through usability testing




- Create and validate user stories for developers
- Monitor analytics, usability, and accessibility in Live

Requirements:

- Extensive UX design best-practice experience
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Three-plus years supporting complex products and projects
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Expertise with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or comparable UX software
