Lead healthcare technology architecture for a hybrid assignment, applying Oracle infrastructure expertise and HL7 FHIR implementation experience.

This senior architect designs and transforms the DHDP platform while aligning with DHIR, iPHIS, Ontario Health, and GO-ITS standards. The work spans infrastructure, mobile, software, hardware, networks, web, cloud, PaaS, and CaaS environments. You will guide developers and architects, coordinate vendors, and translate business requirements into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead DHDP platform design, transformation, testing, and alignment
- Define infrastructure, mobile, software, hardware, and network requirements
- Design, test, install, and monitor recent systems
- Coordinate vendors, consultants, stakeholders, and technical deliverables




- Prepare technical reports, presentations, documentation, and progress updates

Requirements:

- 10+ years of technical architecture and solution delivery experience
- 5+ years supporting public-sector healthcare providers
- Oracle T7, Backup and Recovery Appliance, and Oracle OVM experience
- HL7 FHIR implementation and related standards knowledge
- PKI, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on experience
