This Senior Business Analyst supports the MRAS initiative and Phases 2 and 3, covering Send and Receive notifications. You will document business requirements, clarify information with the Systemscope vendor, and coordinate with business, I⁢, Development, and Quality Assurance teams. The work translates priorities into implementable actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document requirements for Send and Receive notifications
- Clarify required information with the Systemscope vendor
- Develop requirements for cross-jurisdiction notifications from OBR




- Facilitate workshops with ministry staff and stakeholders
- Maintain use cases, process flows, and data models

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of business analysis experience
- Experience with Agile software development life cycles
- Experience using RESTful or SOAP APIs
- Strategic analysis and recommendation development skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
