Electrical Associate Principal/Team Lead

As our Consultancy team in Vancouver continues to grow, we are looking to welcome a new Associate Principal/Electrical Team Lead. Lead the current electrical team in design, analysis, and consultancy on projects from concept through construction, including the production and management of deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Oversee contract documents, technical reviews, shop drawings, contractor coordination, and complete site visits as required Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (CEC, ASHRAE, LEED, and the BC Building Code) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants,



and clients to deliver integrated engineering solutions Lead client and stakeholder meetings, presenting technical recommendations and project updates Support business development through proposal development and client relationship management Contribute to team growth, hiring, and process improvements as the national electrical team expands Availability for in office visits as required, generally once every two weeks 10 + years of electrical design experience in building systems Strong technical expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency power systems Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including CEC, BC Building Code (BCBC), and relevant CSA standards (LEED experience considered an asset) Proven leadership, project management, and client-facing experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required Experience with high-voltage systems or large-scale, complex projects is considered an asset *This position is an immediate hiring requirement and is not being advertised for the purpose of collecting résumés for future opportunities. #
