Lead afternoon-shift maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting expertise in an automated distribution environment. This full time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The Senior Maintenance Millwright / Afternoon Shift Lead serves as the building’s senior maintenance person. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on conveyors, packaging machinery, and automated distribution equipment. The role also guides three to four maintenance technicians and cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting
- Guide and coordinate three to four maintenance personnel
- Repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and building equipment systems




- Support conveyor and machinery installations with external contractors
- Complete work orders and maintain CMMS records

Requirements:

- Government Certificate of Qualification as Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A
- Minimum seven years in an automated distribution environment
- Previous team lead or leadership experience
- Experience with conveyors, packaging machinery, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout and workplace safety requirements
